For removing the backs of watches that 'snap' off. Good quality blade, not too blunt (or it won't 'engage' in the notch, not too sharp (or you'd damage the edge of the back).  It also has a really nice easy-grip handle (important, the blade mustn't 'slip') and a spare blade.
